I refer to our previous correspondence.  I regret to note that, your company has not paid the sinking fund which is due to Business Voip Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.

As you  are aware,  It is got  approved   at the previous  Annual General Meeting  to charge additional   Rs 8.00 per share from January 2014 as sinking fund to re-build the sinking fund. (Here with attached the circular for your attention)

Furthermore, you have not paid the sinking fund amounting Rs ……………………. from January 2014.

Therefore, please make your kind attention and pay the outstanding balance on sinking fund.
